By using the standard maritime format EDIFACT IFTSAI, you can receive all of our transport schedules via our EDI channel.

Functional Overview

You will receive EDI files providing a comprehensive list of solutions (also known as routes) with their timetables, including voyage reference and vessel information for the next 12 weeks, from a list of places of loading and discharge (POL/POD) defined by a CMA CGM Group carrier. Files can be sent on a daily basis.

Functional Overview

Via our EDI solutions, you can now receive your quotations and US service contracts directly, on a daily basis. Extractions for ocean freight and all applicable surcharges are included. Every day, new offers will be sent automatically, while the refresh of long term contracts would be done once a month for updates on surcharges.

By using the standard maritime format EDIFACT IFTMBF, all types of cargo (standard, reefer, hazardous, OOG) and inland transport can be requested when you place a booking via our EDI channel.

Functional Overview

You can include all of the necessary elements you need in your EDI booking request, which will be handled by a CNC representative and you will receive an EDI booking confirmation with confirmed details shortly.

Booking Confirmation

By using the standard maritime format EDIFACT IFTMBF, all types of cargo (standard, reefer, hazardous, OOG) and inland transport can be requested when you place a booking via our EDI channel.

Functional Overview

You can include all of the necessary elements you need in your EDI booking request, which will be handled by a CNC representative and you will receive an EDI booking confirmation with confirmed details shortly.

VGM

Use the standard maritime format EDIFACT VERMAS to provide the verified gross mass for all containers through our EDI channel before loading.

Functional Overview

You can provide the VGM via the EDI VGM before or after the Shipping Instructions to load your containers and the system will automatically validate and integrate the value if it is valid.

Shipping Instructions

To provide information in addition to the booking request, you can use the standard maritime format EDIFACT IFTMIN to place your shipping instruction via our EDI channel.

Functional Overview

In the EDI Shipping Instruction, you can provide or update all the requested information for loading your containers. A CNC representative will manage your request and get back to you with a draft Bill of Lading for validation shortly.

Documentation

Bill of Lading

Through our EDI channel by using the standard maritime format IFTMCS, you can get your Bill of Lading (B/L) data in a single file and have it ready for print.

Functional Overview

You will receive an EDI message informing you that your Bill of Lading (B/L) data is ready, and you will have the option to amend it or print it in PDF format, depending on your needs.

Visibility

Tracking

In standard maritime format EDIFACT, you are able to get the history of tracking moves for all containers of your bookings.

Functional Overview

When you register your partners with the CMA CGM Group, you will receive an EDI IFTSTA message at all milestones of the maritime cycle, beginning with the depot and including the ETA and VA event relating to the date of arrival, for each container related to your bookings.

Finance

Invoice

In real time, you can get invoices directly in your own system, and this is applicable for all carriers of the CMA CGM group.

Functional Overview

You can receive your invoices (such as Freight/D&D, invoice/credit note) in your information system, either directly or through a third-party platform.
