Streamlined E-Faktur Access with Our New Portal

Dear Valued Customer,
In our continuous efforts to enhance service quality and streamline your experience, we are pleased to introduce our new E-faktur service portal. Effective June 1, 2025, you will be able to access your E-Faktur faster and more conveniently through this portal.
How to access the feature?
• We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
• Your E-faktur will be available no later than 3 days after the invoice date is issued.
• Simply enter your Tax Identification Number and Invoice Number to access your document.

• When submitting an inquiry via email, please ensure the subject line follows this format: Invoice Number and Company Name (e.g., IDCIAXXXXXX/PT. XXXXXXXX).
• All e-faktur inquiries will only be processed within its validity period (3 months from the date of e-faktur).
