Dear Valued Customer, 

At CMA CGM, your satisfaction is our top priority. To better understand your needs and improve our services, we have implemented Voice of Customer (VoC) programs that include Global Survey Campaign and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys. Your participation in these surveys is important, and we can analyse your feedback to better understand your needs and develop new solutions to enhance our services.

We have created a global survey to gain insights into your experience with our services. This quick and simple survey allows you to share your feedback and helps us understand how likely you are to recommend us to friends or colleagues.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (CSAT)

Our CSAT Survey measures your satisfaction by assessing each interaction with our Customer Service team throughout the entire resolution process of your request.
