New Finance Collections Email Address

Dear Valued Customer,
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our systems and provide better service, we are performing a system update. Due to this upgrade, please note that we have a new generic email address for collections.
Effective May 12th, 2025, please use the following email addresses for all collection-related communications:
Summary of emails to be used:
1. For statements and inquiries, please direct your queries to the following email address:
• Email : ID.Collection
• Phone Number : 001803065075
2. For remittance and proof of payment, please send them to the following email addresses:
• Email : ssc.jak.remittance ; ssc.idcnc.remittance
• To ensure timely clearance of payments, please also send remittance advice (including the relevant invoice numbers) to the email address below within 24 hours of the payment date.
3. All disputes must be logged using MyCS portal:
• MyCS Portal: https://mycustomerservice.cma-cgm.com/
• Invoices should be disputed within 5 days from the invoice date as a standard process.
