Timelines for Final Export BL Confirmation & Import DO Release

Dear Valued Customer,
As part of our continuous efforts to improve your experience with us, we would like to inform you of the confirmed timelines for the Export Bill of Lading (BL) and release Import Delivery Order (DO) to ensure smooth operations and avoid delays.
Export BL: Confirmation of the final Export BL is required within 5 days from the departure date. Timely confirmation is essential to ensure seamless international manifest submission and vessel connection, timely confirmation is required.
Import DO: For the Import DO, the maximum allowed time for the release request is 5 days after the vessel’s date. This is necessary to facilitate a smooth cargo release process.
Kindly note that if the confirmation or release request is completed after the specified timeframe, a late submission fee may apply.
