China – Operational Impact due to COVID-19 (Update #5)
Dear Valued Customer,
Following our last advisory on 10 February 2020, we would like to offer you our latest update on the operational impact brought about by the evolving Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in Mainland China.
As the CMA CGM Group cares for the health and well-being of all our staff and partners in China, we have been implementing work-from-home arrangement for our staff. We will continue to provide services on remote basis until our offices return to full operations from 2 March 2020, subject to further review.
As of now, counter services remain available. Please contact your local representative for details or check your local agency website.

Lunar New Year holiday extension
For the most up-to-date updates on Mainland China’s Lunar New Year holidays extension as announced by local governments, please refer to your local agency website.
